The Overland Park Convention Center opened in November of 2002 on a 26-acre site in the heart of Overland Park, the largest suburban city in the Kansas City metropolitan area and the second largest city in Kansas. Renovated twice in the last five years, St. Andrews has become one of the most popular golf courses in Overland Park. Golfers enjoy this 18-hole, tree-lined course because it is well-balanced and challenging for both novice and experienced players. Features include: •A lighted, multi-targeted driving range (open until 10 p.m. during the main golf season); •Three practice putting and chipping greens; •A full-service golf shop/club and snack bar; and •Wedding/banquet facilities (up to 250 guests). St. Andrews has innovative programs for both adult and junior golfers, allowing players to build on learned skills. The facility also hosts a number of leagues for social or competitive golfers and offers private instruction.
