There’s no better feeling than uncorking a bottle of wine at the end of a day, sipping a big Cabarnet Sauvignon with a wedge of aged Gouda or sharp cheddar or savoring a Merlot with a perfectly cooked steak. And the pleasures of wine are perhaps intensified when you’re on vacation, visiting a different city and exploring its offerings. You’ve got the time – we’ve got the wine. Come enjoy the fruits of vinter’s labors. Cheers!
Aubrey Vineyards made history by becoming Overland Park’s first winery, gaining zoning approval for acreage once rich farmland to grow grapes. The gentle slopes of fertile, loamy soil yielded the vineyard’s first harvest in fall 2015. For free tastings of Aubrey’s wine from their Premier, Trail Rider Blends and Varietals collections, visit their unique tasting room and store located inside Vinyl Renaissance & Audio in Downtown Overland Park.
